Lady Bulldogs stumble at Junction

The Brady Lady Bulldogs dropped their district record to 1-1 Tuesday night when they took on the Junction Lady Eagles and came up short. Junction won the matchup, 45-35. The difference in the game proved to the be the first quarter when Junction jumped out to a 20-8 lead and they never looked back. “In the first quarter Junction jumped on us 20-8 and that proved to be just a little more than we could overcome,” said coach Matt Odom.'”I was proud of the girls for fighting back to being just down two points in the third quarter, but at that point Junction matched us basket-for-basket until the last couple of minutes when we had to start fouling.
