The First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Brady is presenting its traditional outdoor live nativity pageant Saturday, Dec. 22 from 7-8:30 p.m. The Christmas Pageant is presented with actors, animals, a Biblical narration and beautiful music. Each year the pageant is improved with new scenes, costumes and scenery. “For 43 years, the families of Brady have gathered to see this pageant,” said Pam Burnes with FCC. “It teaches the story of Christmas to the young and refreshes the true spirit of Christmas for us all. For the members of the First Christian Church, it is both a gift to the community and to us.” The pageant is arranged so that visitors can drive up and remain in their car (if the weather is bad) or get out for a better view. This year, the pageant will be directed by Suzanne Fisher with support from the entire church. The show begins at 7 p.m. and will repeat every 15 minutes until 8:30. “Bring your family Saturday Dec. 22 to hear the true story of Christmas,” added Ms. Burnes.
