Allie Frances Hayes Deering, 89, formerly of Brady, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2007. Graveside services will be Wednesday, Nov. 14, at the Winchell Cemetery in Winchell, with Rev. David Henry officiating. She was born March 18, 1918, in Winchell, to Elmer and Elsie Lee Richardson. She was a longtime resident of Brady where she was co-owner of Brady Drug Store. She retired from the Mental Retardation Center in Carlsbad and was a member of the First Assembly of God. She is survived by a daughter, Paula Clark and her husband, Clois, of DeSoto; a granddaughter, Susan Clark of DeSoto; a great-grandson, Brandon Clark of DeSoto; a great-granddaughter, Rhonda Kneece of South Carolina; nieces, Barbara Thompson of Breckenridge, Darla Watson of Arlington and Theresa Cotton of Kermit; nephews, David Richardson of Greenville, S.C., Randy Richardson of Glen Rose, and Brady Richardson of Houston and sisters-in-law, Eula Dell Montgomery of Granbury and Terry Richardson of Lyman, S.C. She was preceded in death by her parents; twin sister, Anna; brothers, Tommie L. Richardson and Morgan Richardson; nephew, Tommie L. Richardson and her spouse, Jack Deering.
