The Brady JV Bulldogs defeated the Mason Punchers on their home field on Thursday. In the first quarter Seth Bozeman made a 30-yard touchdown run and picked up the two point conversion pass from Greg Torrez to put the Bulldogs on the board. A 43-yard punt return by Zach Conrad and a two point conversion run by Nathan Castro got the dogs eight more points bringing the score to, 16-0. In the final TD of the quarter, Tyler Remini recovered a bad punt snap in the endzone, PAT no good. In the second quarter Castro made a 10-yard run, PAT no good. In the third quarter Zach Jones scored on a 15-yard pass from Torrez, the two-point conversion failed. Jose Ramirez recovered a fumble and picked up a 25-yard touchdown, two-point conversion failed. In the final quarter of the game Ramirez scored again on a 16-yard run. The two point conversion pass from Torrez to Maldonado was good. Ramirez picked up the final touchdown of the game with an 11-yard run with the PAT by Armando Campos good. “Colby Morris and Jose Ramirez both had fumble recoveries. Zach Conrad and Seth Bozeman both had interceptions for good returns. Conrad had a great night on special teams returning the ball,” said coach Larry Hoelscher.
