William Ivan (Bill) Harbour Jr., 63, of San Angelo, died Tuesday, April 24, 2007, in San Angelo. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 28, at 2 p.m. in the First United Methodist Church in Brady with burial to follow in Rest Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10-11 a.m. at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels. He was born March 20, 1944, in Sarasota, Fla., to Lt. William I. Harbour, Sr. and Dorothy (Morris) Harbour. He lived in Goldthwaite for several years and San Angelo for many years. He attended Angelo State University, where he received his degree in Business Administration. He was personnel director for Six Flags/Worlds of Fun/SLT Collateral Control Service for several years. He was a 32 degree Mason, a Shriner and a Methodist. He is survived by his step-father, Fred McKenzie, of San Angelo, a step-sister, Kerry Schippert of Luthersville, Ga., and an aunt, Bobbie Harbour of Anchorage, Ala. He was preceded in death by his father, Lt. William I. Harbour, Sr., step-father, Boyd Hunt and his mother, Dorothy McKenzie.
