Brady Health Care Services recently announced that it has expanded its business to include an office in the San Saba area. Their San Saba office is located at 101 E. Wallace, and the staff offers skilled nursing, home health aide and physical, occupational and speech therapy. Brady Health Care offers professional medical care in the comfort and privacy of their client’s home. When recovering from mild to serious health issues, just being home provides comfort and healing. “BHCS strives to be the home health organization that exceeds the expectations of our patients and families, by utilizing skill, knowledge and expert resources; to provide homecare that is meaningful, safe and respectful,” said a BHCS spokesperson. In addition to the Brady and San Saba offices, the company operates as Brownwood Health Care Services in the Brown County area. Home health care is reimbursed by Medicare and many private insurances, costing the patient no out-of-pocket expense. Recently BHCS added telemonitoring (a home unit to monitor the patient’s blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation and weight), to better care for their patients. Practicing out of the San Saba office are Mitzie Brown, RN, and Jessica Isham, LVN. They practice under their client’s physician’s orders but can receive referrals from any source: patient, family, friends, clergy or a health care professional. Brown and Isham are available to answer any questions about home health by calling 325-372-3897 or stopping by their office at 101 E. Wallace.
