Boosters kick off new season with Sonic night

Javier Paniagua, owner of the local Sonic Drive-In, is teaming up with the Ol’ Houn’ Dawgs athletic booster club for a fund-raising effort Friday (today) from 5-11 p.m. at the local drive-in. Brady High School athletes and their parents and booster club members will be car hopping with a goal to raise money to benefit the entire Brady athletic program. Tips and gratuities from the six-hour campaign will go toward improving various areas of the athletic department throughout the year. ‘These funds are not just allocated to the football team,’ said Ol’ Houn’ Dawg club member Tanya Williams. ‘Every dollar the club raises is distributed to different programs at all grade levels to make sure everyone benefits.’
