Diamantina Villarreal, 54, of Brady, died Monday, Aug. 11 in Brady. Rosary will be held Tuesday, Aug. 12 at 7 p.m. in the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 13 at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Father Michael Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery. Born Sept. 27, 1948, in Brady, she was the daughter of Nasario and Julia (Adame) Moron. She married Lupe Villarreal, Jr., Sept. 7, 1966, in Greeley, Colo. She worked for Cowboy Cleaners and was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Lupe Villarreal of Brady; five children, Sandy Kay Rodriguez and husband, Robert, of Brady, Guadalupe Villarreal III and wife, Alexis, of Brady, Orlando Villarreal and wife, Elisa, of San Angelo, Maricella Villarreal of San Angelo and Miranda Villarreal of Brady; her mother, Julia Moron of Brady; three brothers, Nasario Moron of Brady, Victor Moron and wife, Flora, of Brady and Joe Moron, also of Brady. She is also survived by, three sisters, Cresencia Moron of Brady, Petra Rivera and husband, Alex, of Brady and Linda Murray of Brady; eight grandchildren, Corey, Justin, Joshua, Jonathan, Tiffany and Alyssa Villarreal, Kristina Rodriguez and Roman Farias; and numerous nieces and nephews. Her father; a sister, Virginia Galindo; and a grandson, Jamie Rodriguez, preceded her in death.
