Program chairman Lynn Munden introduced principal Preasley Cooper and assistant principal Leisa Land. They informed the members of the exemplary rating that was awarded to Brady High School this year. Only about 25 percent of the 6,000 schools in Texas receive this award. The award is based on TAAS test scores, attendance, dropouts, ethnicity and boy/girl ratio. This is a team effort of students, teachers and parents. We are very proud of our schools. The $2 bill was won by Jim Ricks for being the first to say that the two types of Rotary memberships are active and honorary. Program chairman for Oct. 16 is Sandra Youree.
