Bill Napper, 70, of Brady died Saturday, April 28 at his residence in Brady. Funeral services were held Tuesday (today) at 2 p.m. at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels, Rev. Ray Ash officiating. Burial followed in Rest Haven Cemetery. Born Sept. 5, 1930, in Lamesa to Willie Jackson Napper and Evie Slough Napper, he married Virginia Owensby on Sept. 17, 1954. He was a self-employed home builder/contractor in the Marble Falls area from 1983-1995. He owned and operated Krazy Traders Used Cars in Midland from 1962-1982 and was a house painter with his brother in Odessa prior to selling cars. He had lived in Brady since 1977, was a Baptist and a member of the VFW Post 3234. Survivors include his wife, Virginia Napper, of Brady; a daughter, Belinda Napper of Brownwood; and two sisters, Belle Smith of Odessa and Suvee Martin of Lubbock. He was preceded in death by his parents and ten brothers and sisters.
