The 6th annual Texas Fly Fishing and Outdoor Show is inviting all fly fishermen and paddling want-to-be’s, intermediates and experts to join fellow enthusiasts on Tranquility Island May 19-20 in Louise Hays Park in Kerrville. Two days of canoe and kayak river trips, demonstrations, classes and exhibits; two days of fly fishing the Guadalupe River, classes and lectures on all aspects of Texas fresh and saltwater fly fishing. Lots of equipment and destination exhibitors await attendees on this island on the Guadalupe River nestled in our Hill Country paradise. This year the Texas Fly Fishing & Outdoor Show moves back to Kerrville to be able to enjoy more of the on the water activities that have made this the biggest and best fly fishing and paddling show in the state. There will be camping available in the park this year. The show features classes on fishing and paddling Texas rivers and bay systems as well as introductory classes to get one started in these exciting outdoor activities.
