Robbie Gene Spence, 25, of Austin and formerly of Brady, died Thursday, March 1 in Austin. Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 5 in Angel Funeral Home in Austin. Graveside services were held at 4 p.m. in Rest Haven Cemetery in Brady. Local arrangement were by Heritage Funeral Home. He was born June 18, 1975, in Abilene, and lived most of his life in Brady. He was a graduate of Brady High School. He was employed as a manager at Vinny’s Italian Cafe in Austin. Survivors include his mother, Nancy J. Rose and stepfather, Bryan Rose, of Westcliffe, Colo.; a sister, Ronee J. Spence of Austin; an aunt, Fayrene Spence Williams of Brady; his grandmother, Bonita Howe of Clyde; an uncle and aunt, Bobby and Bonnie Howe of Clyde; and an aunt, Sherrel Howe of Clyde. He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Spence. Pallbearers were Richard Bena-videz, Cary McBee, Paul Kilmer, Josh Musgrove, Roy Zamarippa, Chris Russell, Jason Hudson and Ty McBee.
