Rotary Spokes

The Brady Rotary Club met Tuesday noon at the Caf’ at the Depot. President Jim Ricks announced that the Top Ten Banquet has been set for May 1. The top ten students in the B.H.S. senior class, along with their parents, will be recognized and honored. Rotarian Donald Shelby of San Angelo was a visitor. Mac McWilliams explained the Rotary Foundation and how members may become a “Paul Harris Fellow.” We were reminded that the Rotary Club will put up flags on Feb. 19, Presidents’ Day. The $2 bill was won by Clair Whitesell for being the first to say what the menu was at lunch last week’chicken. Upcoming programs are Feb. 20, Martin Leatherwood and Feb. 27, Connie Locklear.
