Joann McIntosh, 67, of Odessa and formerly of Brady, died Tuesday, Feb. 13 in Odessa. A memorial service was held Thursday, Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. at Lutheran Church of the Risen Lord with Revs. Preston Weatherly, James Otterness and Bob Burton officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors. Born July 21, 1933, in Coleman, she married Jack Hooker McIntosh on Sept. 20, 1952, in Odessa. She began her banking career at American Bank of Commerce in 1959 as a secretary and worked her way up to a loan officer position that covered a span of over 20 years. She and her husband owned the northside beer barn in Brady during the 1980s. They returned to Odessa then moved back to Brady in the early 1990s, staying here until last year when they once again returned to Odessa. Survivors include her husband, Jack, of Odessa; a son, T and his wife, Karla; a daughter, Cindy Freeman; grandchildren, Ben, Bailey, and Shan; brothers, Stan Riley of Houston and Don Riley of Hutto; and many nieces and nephews.
