The Brady 8th grade Gold team scored an impressive 62-45 win over Ingram Moore in a Monday night game. The Dogs used an explosive first quarter to take a 22-10 first quarter lead. After a low scoring second period, the Bulldogs’ defensive pressure led to easy layups and the fast break allowed for man open shots, according to coach Mike Nu’ez. “Every player played with a great deal of pride. We were hustling down the court, fighting for loose balls and battling for rebounds. “It was a very physical game and the boys kept their composure and played the game. “This team is starting to gel but we have a lot to improve on. I am proud of each of the players and their great attitudes,” the coach said.
