Tommie Neal Duncan, 59, of Baytown died Friday, July 14 at his home. Graveside services were held Wednesday, July 19 at 2 p.m. at National Cemetery in Houston with Rev. Tim Hill officiating. Born March 18, 1941, to John and Leeta Tolbert Duncan in Austin, he worked as an electrician in the construction business. He was a member of the IBEW Union #716 and a Mason. Survivors include daughters, Angela Butler and husband, Keith, of Highlands; Lynette Gutierrez and husband, Michael, of Highlands; his mother, Leeta Duncan of Brady; a sister, Billie Trigg and husband, Bill, of Brady; brothers, Roy Duncan and wife, Janice, of Kountz and Dean Duncan and wife, Sharon, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Amber, Dustin, Holly, Hannah, Kara, Tommy, Amanda, Sarah; an aunt, Mary Lee Child and husband, Ray, of Oakridge, Tenn.; a cousin, Gary and Ann Child of Austin; and many nieces and nephews.
