To the editor: I can see it now. After the city council has built a $9 million water plant and thrown us deep in debt, the Austin bureaucrats will come back and say: “Oh, dear me! We made a slight mistake in our calculations. Brady water doesn’t have as much radium as we figured’but you still owe us $6 million.” This is the case of bureacratic bungling and bureaucratic bullying’and the council is so afraid of the bureaucrats they’re about to wet their pants. The only real question is: Does the radium cause any harm’ Of course not. We’ve been drinking that water for 70 years and not one person has ever suffered any ill effects. BOB WILSON Brady
