Mima E. Yarbrough, 85, of Midland and formerly of San Saba died. Graveside services were held Tuesday, May 9 at 10 a.m. at Cherokee Cemetery with Gary Montgomery of Westside Church of Christ officiating. Local arrangements were under the direction of Leatherwood Colonial Funeral Home. Born July 19, 1914, in San Saba to John C. Crawford and Sarah Tinney, she was a homemaker and a member of The Westside Church of Christ in Midland. She moved to Midland in 1985 from San Saba. Survivors include a daughter, Wanda Wade of Midland; a son, Kenneth Yarbrough of Lubbock; four brothers, W.T. Crawford of San Saba, Jay Crawford of Graham, Arthur Crawford of Brownwood and Cecil Crawford of Branson, Mo.; five sisters, Nona Felix of Brownwood, Earlene Grimes of Denver City, Lucille Grimes of Midland, Billie Gray of Yukon, Okla., and Hazel Simmons of Potsborrow; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Fred Yarbarough.
